The program provides girls, like you, with access to professional role models, career education and the resources to live their dreams. Are you ready to work toward achieving your goals? By participating in this program you will learn about career opportunities, setting and achieving goals, overcoming obstacles to success, and moving forward after setbacks. As women helping women, we all know it is not enough to celebrate Teen power without also providing examples of strength. It is not enough to tell teens they can change the world without equipping them to take on the task. It is not enough to encourage teens to dream big without direction or skills to make those dreams a reality. If adolescent teens are going to succeed in their life and career goals, they must be provided with guidance, training and resources. That’s why SIA aims to do just that through our newest program Dream It, Be It: Career Support for Teens.
